In some circumstances agreement cannot be reached and the courts may need to be involved. You will find our experience and help invaluable to partner and guide you through the legal process. We pride ourselves on keeping you advised and informed throughout the legal process. Where children are involved their emotional and financial security will be, to us, the most important factor in delivering our service and we will strive to reach agreement on this issue between the parents. We offer Legal Services Commission funding (known formely as Legal Aid) which may be available to meet our fees depending upon your means. Whether you are eligible for state funding or paying for our services yourself, we will tell you at the outset the likely cost involved and provide you with regular updates, should the circumstances change.
